1. 10" Mini Sand Mud Digging Barge ,Hydraulic cutter suction at your service:

   The dredger we produce is a non seif-propelled,cutter suction , bucket wheel dredger.The ship body uses assemble boxes structure.The dredger is equipped with shifting device,and spud device and deck crane and so on.The dredger can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. The cutter suction dredger has the founctions of dredgng ,transporting and discharging.It can produce certain amount vaccumby the centrifugal pump on the ship.The sendiment is cutted by the cutter, the misture is discharged to the appointed place by the discharging pipes.The sand blasting tail of  the device can be connectd with ore selecting platform.The whole craft process can finish dredging, sand and stone separating ,stone breaking,stone classification,mud and sand cleaning,heavy metal extracting,dehydration,transporting and so on for one time.

Cummins engine

 testing equipped on the discharge pipeline on the dredger. The dredger has Cummins engine and hydraulic system for easily operation.

 Pipelines and floaters.

 Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us

or themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can

be customer made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40"

high container for shipping.

 Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend

for time saving.

Hydraulic system:

   The most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict, it’s the main artery of the entire dredger.

An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuator and so on.

D.Installation site:

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training

your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

E.Our company and testing pools:

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

F.Transportation:

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering

or moving from one working site to another.

Shipping to the Tianjin Port.

 Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different

working sites.
